Call-Out Charge

Price: £70
Includes: Engineer visit to site, 1st half-hour of diagnosis, initial problem assessment, rough price estimate for repair (if not repaired in the 1st half hour).

Hourly Rate (Monday-Friday, Business Hours)

Price: £45

Additional Charges

Travel: 50p per mile outside the call-out area.

After-Hours Rates

Monday-Friday (Outside Business Hours): Time and a half.

Saturday: Time and a half.

Sunday & Bank Holidays: Double time.
